1. Do you do emergency sewer and water line repair work?

2. Is a sewer repair something my insurance covers?
 

Depending on your insurance policy, sewer and water repairs can be covered by home owner insurance.  Policies generally cover the sewer and water lines from the property line to your home. As a licensed contractor our work is recognized by all major insurance companies.  So please check with your insurance provider to ensure you have coverage.

 

3. Do you repair or replace lead water lines?
 

We absolutely replace lead water lines, any time of the year.   Just give us a call and we will get you an estimate and set a date.  We also replace other water lines that are not lead.
 

4. What is your availability to come out and look at my site?
 

We can usually come out the same day or next day. When you call us, you’re getting a direct line to the owners who do the work. We listen to our messages religiously and will call you back as soon as we’re available.
 

5. How long does a sewer repair or replacement take on site? How long does a water line repair or replacement take on site?
 

  • A residential sewer or water line - one day

  • A condo or property management situation is usually one day

  • A commercial sewer or water line repair timelines vary based on circumstance.  We will let you know the timing on our estimate. 

 

6. How much does sewer and water line replacement or repair cost?
 

It depends on the job. Every yard is different. We like to look at your property before we estimate. We make sure you get an estimate fast, within 24 hours, because we know a broken sewer or water line is stressful.  Plus, our estimates are always FREE.
 

7. What is my yard going to look like after?
 

We take pride in our work and how we leave your property is a reflection on us. We make sure to backfill and compact the excavation areas and clean up your yard to the best of our abilities. We focus on the details and try our best to minimize site disturbance. We suggest leaving the yard to settle for a while before you landscape.
